She was friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely made the entire process a great experience. I originally wanted a blue RAV4 GR Sport, but it was reserved for a staff member’s family. Olie went the extra mile by speaking with her manager and was able to offer me the blue vehicle as an option . After seeing both the blue and black vehicles in person, I ultimately decided to go with the black one, and I’m very happy with my choice. This was my first brand-new car purchase, so having someone who was patient, helpful, and willing to work with me made a big difference. Out of all the dealerships I contacted, Olie stood out the most. Thanks to her help, I was able to get the car I wanted, and the overall experience was a positive one. Good selection and prices but MAN do they spam you with follow up, even after you've stated you're no longer interested in the car. Phone calls, text messages, emails. I keep hitting unsubscribe but it's apparently VERY hard to get off their list. If they toned this down, 5 stars.

Excellent service. Very helpful sales people. We have bought 3 cars and had them serviced over the last 15 years.

40k maintenance. Was very good. I did some work from the waiting area while car was being serviced. They gave me status on my car when needed. Work was done earlier than expected and was back at home in little over 2hrs.

Today was my first service on my Corolla my service advisor Carla is always amazing. Service completed no delays and she went over what will need to be accomplished in the future just because of Age of the vehicle. I have been a customer since 2012. Chris P at Lake City took SUCH good care of my family. He worked with us to get a fair price for our trade in when other local Toyota dealerships were quoting us thousands less on our trade in! When he wasn’t happy with the numbers for certain cars, he would say, “No, we can find you something better! Let’s get it right.” Chris was able to work magic and we trusted his character, which is stereotypically SO HARD in this industry. I joined the Green Car maintenance plan and had a scratch on the wheel. I took my car to Sameday Service for a free repair but was rejected due to unknown reason. I went back to Toyota Lake City Way and was welcomed by every staff I met . From maintenance team, salesman and service manager, all were eager to help to solve my problem. Finally I got my wheel repaired free. Toyota are helpful at all time!
